WHY IT MATTERS

How BuildAtlas reads this record

Ksi Lisims links western gas supply, pipeline access, Indigenous partnership, marine export, and Pacific trade. Its current state is intentionally shown as unresolved because Summit wording and the current project site describe different stages.

SYSTEM CONTEXT

What to keep in view

  • Requires: natural gas supply, lng export, pipeline transport, deep water port capacity.
  • Dependencies: prgt pipeline, hydroelectric power, marine logistics.
  • Open constraints: environmental assessment, financing and fid, indigenous and community agreements.
LIMIT

What this page does not establish

A source-described stage, capital figure, or proposed capability is not the same as completed construction, committed financing, operating output, or guaranteed delivery. BuildAtlas keeps those distinctions visible.
