GUIDE / EVIDENCE-BACKED EXPLAINER

How to read Canada’s major-project map

The map is a discovery surface, not a parcel-level GIS. A marker may represent an exact or approximate site, a named locality, a wider region, a corridor, or multiple sites. The label and evidence note tell you what the public sources support.

BuildAtlas separates public-source facts, reported statements, and its own clearly labelled interpretation. See the methodology for how to read the evidence.
